How it works


Invoices will be sent via PayPal and must be paid before any work will begin.


When you contact me with your project please include any details that may be needed to customize that design. This may include dimensions, specific colors, theme, text, event details, business name, etc.


Please also include a valid e-mail address to receive communications regarding your order. This is how I communicate with my clients to provide proofs and e-mail the final files.


You will receive watermarked proofs via e-mail to review for any changes or corrections. Please provide any feedback you or your team have about the design so that I can resolve it efficiently. 


Once you approve the design, your final completed files will be e-mailed without watermarks.


I do not print or ship any items. You may print your printable files (business cards, invitations, flyers, etc) at home or with your chosen print service.

Any changes needed after the final un-watermarked files are e-mailed will be a charge based on what changes are being requested.




Refunds & Cancellations


I do my very best to work with every client. Communication is key to achieving the desired look in any design.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once a watermarked proof has been sent to the client, only 50% of the order total is eligible for refund.

  • Once the final approved files have been sent, no refund will be issued.



I reserve the right to include custom designs in my portfolio. If requested, I will change any personal information on the designs such as names, and contact information. This may include being used on this website, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
